If for any reason you are not completely pleased with your purchase from Russian Star please let us know FIRST! You must receive "verbal" or "email" authorization from us prior to any return. Returns without "verbal" or "email" authorization will not be accepted. All tags must be intact as is on item, OR THE ITEM IS NOT RETURNABLE. We will work with you in answering any questions in regard to your purchase. If you are not pleased, simply return the item within 15 days (loose jewels is 10 days, earrings 5 days, must be unworn) of receiving your merchandise, insured, (in brand new condition and all tags remaining intact on item) and you will be credited your purchase price less the shipping/handling fees, custom bench jeweler fees and out of pocket charges, if any. Your purchase must be in the exact same condition as received. Special custom orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and most are not returnable as the item was built for you per your special request. You have received exactly what you have ordered, guaranteed 100%. All waranties and certificates of authenticity will accompany each purchase. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, NATURAL STONES, DIAMOND JEWELRY AND ANY ORDER THROUGH THE OVERSTOCK SITE ARE NON-RETURNABLE. PLEASE NOTE: for credit card refunds please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles(up to 45 days) for bank processing and cash refunds(7 days)(banks are still very slow and must be approved by our credit card center). ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Pursuant to federal law, you will not pay any interest accrual and your bank reimburses you for any charges, if any, when the credit is finally processed on your statement. RUSSIAN STAR PAYS THE 5.10% FEES TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN AND CREDIT. No questions asked.
